My Memories Suite Tutorial - Photo Tiling

Here is a quick pageand tutorial I threw together with items from the 4 Seasons Fall kit by Scraps N Pieces at My Memories.com. I used My Memories Suite V4 software with the new photo tiling feature to make one photo into several , fun feature !

I layered two coordinating papers on top of each other. (Insert one as a photo Object on top of a Background Paper to do this, there is a little button at the bottom of the Background Papers screen to click to do this. It will insert as a small square. You simply drag the small gray squares at the edges to make it the size and in the position that you want.

The little title banner was made by me . I customized a square Shape in the Edit Shape feature of the Program. It is automatically save by the program in the Users Shapes folder for future use. I have a couple of posts earlier this month covering Custom Shapes and my first attmepts at making them.

Note: not all photos are going to work with all photo layouts. You will need to take into consideration the composition of the photo and the photo boxes you are using. Sometimes with a little bit of tweaking you can make a layout/photo combination work better.

Please read my previous post here for a link to a video tutorial on how to "tile" your photos in My Memories Suite V4.

Here are a couple of screen shots that I took
to try to explain the steps.
It really is simple to do once you
know how - and it can create some WOW! layouts !

The photo layout is one of the predesigned templates included in the software.
