Easter Egg In The Grass Easel Card
Use the basic directions for my Sugar Egg Easel Easter card to create a simpler version.
Just cut one egg piece to decorate and adhere to the folded egg shape card. Do not cut out the middle of the egg piece.
This time I ran the egg front piece through the Textured Impressions embossing folder then colored the raised areas with Stampin' Pastels.
Cut a "fringed" piece of Gable Green card stock to resemble grass. Leave an extra 1/4" strip on the width to fold back and glue onto the card base. You'll fold the grass flat to mail, maybe leave a note to the recipient to let them know that they can stand the grass up then stand the card front / Easter Egg up for display.
Glue on an organdy ribbon bow and tag, stamp a sentiment inside.
All supplies used are from Stampin' Up! although many are now retired:
Whisper White card stock
Gable Green card stock and ink
Textured Impressions embossing folder
Big Shot
Stampin' Pastels
Organdy Ribbon
Neverending Joy stamp set
scissors
adhesive
Thanks for looking =)
