I was recently gifted this neat rubber stamp and die set
of a 1966 Mustang fastback and had to immediately ink it up !
I also received this super shiny "chrome" card stock ,
diamond plate embossing folder and sweet card. Fun !
(Thanks so much again, M!)
I've made three cards so far, I'll share them over the next few days.
I tried to make it look like the car was "moving" on this card.
I stamped then drug the image a few times.
I then stamped a grunge line art stamp over that.
The car image was colored with Prismacolors
that I added crystal effects to the glass areas to.
I cut chipboard to back the car to pop it up a bit.
I sponged a bit of ink around the car for sky and ground.
The flag was fun to make, using part of a
Stampin' Around wheel from Stampin' Up.
I trimmed and glued it to a toothpick
that had been cut down then painted silver.
I gave it some more dimension by slightly bending it.
The sentiment is handwritten
(out of printer ink at the moment)
and the banners are hand cut.
