Neon Blocks Cards

I was on a neon colors card making kick.

I've had the card stock for a long time,

I bought neon colored ribbon on clearance last year

and intended on using it on the cards - 

in the end only some of them had ribbon applied.

This is a great way to use up scraps of any color/design on cards.

Blocks of neon card stock scraps glued to textured black card stock base.

"Hey there!" is a rubber stamp and coordinating die from Stampin' Up!

Birthday rubber stamp image is from Stampin' Up! and 

colored with markers.
