Simple enough to make Halloween card.
Sentiment from Stampin' Up! was heat embossed black.
I ran a stylus on a scoring board around the edge of the stamped panel
to create a raised edge.
Papers are from an old Die Cuts With A View paper stack,
punched with a small flag paper punch from Stampin' Up!
