Brusho Rainbow and Butterfly

A pretty simple card -
although I need practice with Brushos!
This is only the second  time I've used them.

I brushed water and Brushos onto
water color paper.

After it was dry, I heat embossed
the sentiment with white embossing powder.

The butterfly was inked with Crushed Curry then the
edges were rolled onto a Pumpkin Pie ink pad
to make the two tone effect.
I then over stamped the outline image with black ink
and hand cut it out, adding thin wire for antennae.

I used the Subtle embossing folder on the background card.

The stamp images are oldies from Stampin'Up!
Bold Butterfly (2004)
All Year Cheer 1 (2002)

I'm entering card in the current challenge

Thanks for looking , have a great day =)

Love the rainbow you created with these powders, simply gorgeous and a perfect background for your sweet butterfly to flutter on.
Thank you for sharing with us at RETRO RUBBER, hope you play again soon.
