Well it was certainly a trick Mother Nature played on us this Halloween:
we saw our first snow of the season !
Barely even a dusting, but it was still snow.
We are also setting a new low high temperature for this date,
remaining in the thirties all day. Factor in the wind
and it is in the twenties! Too soon to be this cold here!
The weather forecaster got everything else correct
for the day, I'm just waiting to see the skies clear as
was predicted. We are still socked in under heavy
cloud cover so it doesn't look likely.
We had a touch of snow flurries too but it didn't stick to anything. It was bitter cold with terrible winds. It was a bad night.
ReplyDeleteWe've had the same weather! I wasn't sure I would survive Thursday at school-between Halloween and the snow, the kids were so off track and excited!
