Happy New Year, New Decade 2020

“Here's to a bright New Year and a fond farewell to the old;
here's to the things that are yet to come,
and to the memories that we hold.”

After the trying year we had
(and many other friends/family members),
I want to change the wording in the above quote ;)
And oh the memories,
some I don't really want to recall.
Sniffle. Dabbing of the eyes.
No matter how bad things got,
I always found something to be grateful for though.
I know they could have been so much worse.....
Smiling now!

I've "retired" from all of the design teams
I've worked with over the past year.
I want to concentrate on finishing
photo albums and scrapbooks this year
rather than making projects
"just because" for challenges.

I will continue to craft, but with less frequency.

Thank you for following along
with my crafty adventures
these past 10 years!
Wishing you a very happy,
healthy and crafty New Year!
A New Decade!

  1. I know just what you mean. 2019 was a rough year, but I also was reminded how fortunate I was to have so many wonderful memories. I've really been recommitted to scrapbooking and spending time with my family.
    Here's to a happier 2020!
