White acrylic craft paint and an old toothbrush to 

dry brush the paint onto the card stock.

Versamark ink to stamp leaves onto the yellow card stock

(they don't show up well in this photo).

Paper piercing tool to pierce along the edges of the yellow card stock.

Distressing tool, scissors blades, fingernails - whatever your tool of preference

is to distress the edges of the green card stock under the stamped image.
