Masculine Metals Card

I've been busy making cards the past week, mostly working with some "card kits".
It's the first time I've been crafty since the new year. I'll be sharing them throughout the rest of the month (there are a lot to share!).

This is the first one I made; it's not from a card kit.
It's for a young man's 21st birthday.
He's a welder, so I thought he might like this.

I lightly rubbed walnut stain distress ink over the silver card stock after it was embossed.

The "rust" is made by stippling on clear drying liquid glue then sprinkling cinnamon over it. Tap off excess.

Supplies:

Tim Holtz Foundry 3D embossing folder
Numbers dies from Stampin' Up!
Metallic silver, black and textured black card stocks
Clear drying white glue, stipple paint brush and cinnamon
Distress Ink Walnut Stain

Thanks for looking =)
