Ruffled Ribbon Christmas Card/Bowl Cozy Set

Card made to coordinate with a bowl  cozy I made. 

The card is totally inspired by a sample in an old Paper Crafts magazine.

Rubber stamp images, card stocks and fabric were from Stampin' Up!

I made my own ruffled ribbon.
