Happy Easter
to those that celebrate!
This is called a "side step" card.
It folds flat and fits into a regular
invitation size (A2) envelope.
The instructions were found at
The stained glass stamp image is an old one from Stampin' Up!
I stamped it on water color paper with Versamark ink
then heat embossed it with black embossing powder.
The image was water colored in with inks from
my Stampin' Up! Classic ink pads and an aquapainter.
I squish the closed lids onto the ink pads, flip them open
then use the aquapainter to lift ink from inside the lids
to water color with.
Daffodil Delight card stock was run through a
Cuttlebug embossing folder, Oriental Weave.
The larger Midnight Muse card stock piece was die cut
with a Scallop Rectangle Frame from Sizzix,
The smaller was punched with an old punch from Stampin' Up!
(I'm unsure of the name, perhaps Modern Label?).
The larger white piece was die cut with a Sizzix/Stampin' Up! die,
Chalk Talk Framelits.
The small white piece was paper punched with the old
Word Window punch from Stampin' Up!
I lightly ran the edges of the white pieces across
a silver Encore ink pad before adhering them to
the Midnight Muse pieces.
Sentiments from Everlasting Joy (?)
and Teeny Tiny Wishes, both from Stampin' Up!,
were stamped with
Midnight Muse ink onto Whisper White card stock.
Thanks for looking =)
