Stamped Switchplates

These unfinished wood switchplates were given to me to do something crafty with a few years ago. I decided to stamp one with the DD Wild Rose set to coordinate with the Pfaltzgraff Tea Rose dinnerware I have in the china cabinet in my dining room. The "vase" next to it is the actual Tea Rose pattern.
The other was for a childs play room. I used acrylic craft paints then sealed them.

Thanks for looking !

  1. Heather,

You are so crafty! Love the idea of stamped switch plates. You go girl!

  2. Great project! The switch plate looks wonderful!

  3. Great match the switch plate is with your china. Very pretty, did you use paint on that switch plate?

  4. Yes, I base coated the switchplates first with acrylic craft paint then stamped the images with the same type of paint.

  5. AHA!! My craft room switch plate is now going to come down this week and get some color added to it! Thanks for sharing your super cute idea!

THANK YOU for taking the time to leave your comments. I hope I've inspired you to get a bit crafty today ;)
